Feedback on Service Experience
Timeliness:
The repair took significantly longer than expected. I was initially told the work would take a couple of days, but it ultimately took a full week.
Communication:
Communication throughout the process was poor. I had to call multiple times to receive updates on the status of my vehicle. On Thursday, I was told I would receive a call back, but no follow‑up occurred.
Expectations vs. Reality:
The lack of proactive updates was especially frustrating because I had been told the day before that my vehicle should be ready that day.
Overall Impression:
While I understand delays can happen, the communication gaps made the experience more difficult than it needed to.
