Jalen was amazing. She stayed in touch while the vehicle was in process. She gave detailed follow up reports. Also, Scott Sams was amazing and his help. My only concern is the charges for the parts and labor. Were excessive. One part was listed at $255 and it’s available as a Ford part for $165. Aftermarket manufacturers had the same part for $70. I was charged the maximum number of hours to install the part that I know could’ve been done or was probably done in much less time. I know the service department has to make a profit, but being a mechanic myself, makes me more aware. Of these excessive charges. I hear many friends complain and avoid taking their vehicle back to a dealership regardless of the brand for this reason.

My service took longer than expected but this was not Braxton’s fault. Apparently the technician cut himself and the service took longer. Braxton did inform me of the delay. My only comment for the survey is that someone could have helped to get the service completed sooner. I waited 30-40 minutes longer than expected.

Brandon was very good and I'm not complaining about him or your dealership. The oil change that you performed was quick and complete. I bought this truck in February and I asked if Brandon could find out what the keyless entry code was. He never got back to me with that information and I forgot to ask him for it when I left.
