Service work was fine. 3 weeks to get my truck back was hard on my business. I made an appointment and once my truck was dropped off it sat for a nearly a week before it was examined. That defeats the point of an appointment.

I pay for one of the highest tiers of maintenance warranty and Brandon thought it was funny to say that i had to pay for a diagnostic. For someone to take time out of their day to figure out what’s wrong with my car. Isn’t that their job? What am i even paying for then? Worthless dealership.

My service advisor was great (Bobby?) but when I pulled in - there was only (1) vehicle in the drive thru drop off lanes - but I had to wait a long
Moment for a svc advisor to be seen & approach me. There were several employees looking around / looking at each other awkwardly but then a lady walked up and said someone would be with me in a moment … then Bobby walked up … but this same issue has happened to me
A few times when pulling into the svc entrance … having to wait for someone to approach to help me

Akins is always the BEST!! Bobby was very thorough in explaining everything. As it was a bit of work, along with having ordered wrong tires,MY ERROR, it was incredibly nice for the ride home and back. There are discount places but I don't want to ride on a discount I will only ride on Akins Quality. Everyone is always nice and thorough.

I have never had a bad experience at Akins. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. Jaylynn greeted me professionally, introduced her trainee, and collected all the information she needed. She kept me informed during the process of my service, and when my truck was ready, she let me know and helped check me out. I would never take my truck anywhere else. Thank you for all that you do!!

I was told that I needed brakes and that the brake pad count was three when I received my paperwork the measurements were written down at four, which are country indication. The service advisor could not explain why there was a discrepancy.
