The issue with the car was not fixed. As far as I know, nothing was done. I wasn’t told until I came to pickup my vehicle. The rep informed me that they hadn’t been able to duplicate issue on Monday but was going to continue to work on it. I was called on Thursday to come pick up the vehicle to find out nothing had been done. After researching, I found out that the reverse camera is a common issue with Ford models especially F150. I don’t understand why the issue takes so long to fix since it is a common problem. I would think that Akins would have a list of things to check to get the issue resolved. I think it is foolish to ask me to come ride with a foreman to make the issue happen. I had already shown videos of the situation. If I knew how to make that happen, I would have done it when I dropped the vehicle off. In the past, I have been pleased with Akins. This time was the exact opposite. I will think twice about referring friends and family. I will make my final decision on the final outcome.
