When customers schedule an appointment it would be good if they are asked do they need a loaner car. I did not know Inhad to schedule a loaner car when I made my appointment. It took 2 1/2 hours to get my loaner car.

Vanessa is great but I had my truck in the shop for 2 weeks with no rental and picked up when they said it was ready and 50 miles later the same issue accured again. This truck has been nothing but a problem since I got. I want to pursue a lemon law and dump this piece of crap. I bought with the intentions of driving for at least 10 years and at this rate I’m in trouble . With paying 83 k for a truck and having issues since has been frustrating
