I have a on going issues with hard shifts in my 10 speed transmission . This is the 3rd time comming up and I have only had the truck about 6 weeks. Also the power tailgate is broken, also the front camera is faulted. I put 10k down on the purchase as well as trading in my 13 lariet f150. Also purchased a extended warranty for approximately 3k. I am very disappointed with all the trouble I have had in such a short time.

Someone from service is picking my truck up today due the repair not being completed. I pointed out before leaving with the truck that the tire pressure sensor was still activating that there was an issue. I drove the truck as instructed to reset the sensor with no improvement. I contacted service yesterday morning and was informed that someone will come to my home to get the truck and bring it back after the proper repair has been made.
