The end result appears have been very good, but there appeared to be an excessive delay in getting the vehicle actually into the shop that never was explained. Allen indicated normally takes 3 to 5 days and after a week later, the vehicle still wasn’t in the shop and Allen, left for vacation and Vanessa stepped in the following Monday and got action started on the vehicle.
