Russell was great. I just bought a certified pre own gold vehicle that had a xm radio not working. He was quick to listen and empathize that I had to bring my new car back for repairs and he acted as quickly as he could to repair my vehicle and get it back to me as soon as he could. When I left the dealership and was driving down the road about a hour later I noticed that my truck was pulling to the right really bad. I stopped to see what was going on. My tire was flat. At first it I thought it was just a nail in my tire so I called someone to come pick me up, so I could get the proper tools to fix it. Upon removing the item, it turns out that it was a valve stem stuck in my tire. I am very disappointed because you just don’t expect these types of things to happen when you take your vehicle to a dealer.
