**** was professional and informed me of when everything was ready on the vehicle and kept in touch with me during the repairs. Josh Kern coordinated getting the vehicle squeezed in on a Saturday with technician (John) for Saturday morning work after a late Friday drop off. They all went above and beyond considering they normally don’t have technicians in that day. It is critical for my business to have my truck operating correctly and they made it happen so I didn’t have any down time and scheduling conflicts! A big thanks to all three for making it happen and getting it done. I’ve only heard good things about Akins Ford and have brought my truck here before for service, this just reinforces everything I’ve experienced and heard!
