Jaylin is great! I'd like her to by my go to service tech all the time. Keeps me informed on progress and up to date on what needs to be done according to mileage. Y'all need more like her on your force.

This vehicle does NOT belong to me. I have called and tried to get this taken care of, but I keep getting messages. I fear if you can’t get the right customer in servicing a vehicle you will charge my maintenance contract. The last time either of my 2020 escape’s were there was onJune 10. If this is not straightened out I will contact Brad Akins to get it taken care of.
