Michael was very helpful and informative during the whole process. He brought me up to speed about the pour 10-speed design of the CDF transmission boot by the Ford Engineers. I totally understand that it isn’t y’all’s fault but I am very angry at the Ford Factory Engineers.
I am very thankful for the 100k power train warranty y’all provide your customers. If it weren’t for that warranty, I would be paying out of pocket because of the Ford Factory Engineers crappy 10 speed design. I believe Ford Factory needs to provide a recall for the CDF boot.
