Jalyn was great. Talked to her before I got there, she took care of me as soon as I got there. Mechanics took 3 hours to change tires and align which I thought was a little long. All in all Jalyn kept me informed so it was good.

**** was awesome! My problem has always been that when service is done, you take the key to the desk but leave my truck unlocked! I do not have time to u load all my work tools to get the oil changed. They are in the back of my truck with a roll n lock cover, locking my doors locks my tail gate and it seems to me it’s much easier to lock my vehicle than for me to have to argue that my property was stolen on your property. I doubt yall would cover my lost wages and time to handle such a matter so what’s wrong with just locking my truck when you leave it parked and unattended? I bet the employees lock their vehicles when they park them for work, why can’t they extend that courtesy to the customers? That’s my only problem with getting service done at Akins! And to me, it’s a huge deal!
