Michael was excellent to work with and he kept me informed. My only disappoint has to do with the fact that I had two issues coming in, in addition to a recall. I agreed to replace an $800 sensor (which I believe is ridiculously expensive) The second issue was also a bad sensor, but I can not afford another $1000k fee to replace it. Still…. Charged $180 for the “diagnostic charge”. What kind if customer service is that?
