I had to place my spare tire back under my truck. No one there could do it. Put a little tension on the cable and it unlocked and cable came down. I question the experience of the people would tried. Thanks for all your other services.

You had our vehicle for 3 weeks and nothing was fixed. After 3 weeks without the vehicle we still get the same warning light and message. Was told repeatedly that the tech could not get the message to appear, but it was on when we dropped it off and it came back on within a couple of miles after picking it back up.

Service is always friendly. The tech found a problem with my shock absorber while he was working. A real issue. Seems every time you go to get a repair, the tech “finds something else” but this was an honest issue. He unfortunately did not have the parts to fix the issue but strongly suggested we get it fixed somewhere right away. I sincerely appreciated the honesty that he wasn’t just making up a way to make another buck.
