The wiring was done very well and in a neat and professional manner.
The mechanical placement of the brake controller was not. The mounting holes are broken and self tapping galvanized screws were used to tie into the frame. The surface is not even so the bottom holes are broken. The screws are also stripped from using a power tool to install them most likely.
I only know this becsuse they did not hand over the quick start card with the brake controller which forced me to crawl under my car and take it off to get the pin. I sent pictures. They also removed my 4 pin trailer connection for some reason after I asked them not to. I purchased a converter yesterday because they never called to give me one. At this point I feel it is necessary to check everything and will be verifying the wiring myself. It’s just disappointing that this was the quality of delivery for $1700 trailer plug and brake controller install.
