Called prior to visit to ensure tire was in stock. Was told it was. Unfortunately, after I arrived the tire was not the right one. So had to leave and come back later. In the end the service was good and completed very quickly. Overall satisfied but did have a slight hiccup.

I had my vehicle scheduled for pickup and return from the Barrow County Courthouse. Both times the driver said they were on their way and both times they ended up at the annex courthouse. Not that big of a deal. But what really frustrates me is that I never received a call once from my advisor. I received a service report to my phone and it showed my back tires were on the yellow, I called up and asked to speak with my advisor, the lady who answered let me know that he was helping a customer and that she would email him and he would give me a call shortly. I received a text saying the vehicle was ready. Still no call from Brandon N. My vehicle was returned, no call EVER from Brandon N. I recalled up to Akins after my car was dropped off and actually spoke to Braxton. He was very helpful and gave me the answers I needed. Very poor customer service yesterday. I was not impressed. Even if your services are free bc I have the maintenance plan I should have gotten a phone call.

I am very satisfied with the service! Matthew let me know when they were working on my car and when it was ready. I was even loaned a car to drive which was wonderful because I live an hour and a half away. The only thing I am disappointed with is the Ford fix to the problem. I was hoping the fix would make it so I wouldn’t have to take the parking brake off every time you put the car in park. It was not like that when I bought the car, but was the temporary fix to the first rear axle bolt recall. When I got this recall and it said they had a permanent fix I was very excited about not having to take the parking brake off anymore. When I get the survey from the manufacturer I will let them know also. I would recommend Akins Ford to anybody!! They are awesome!!!
