They checked off that suspension was fine but when last in shop I was told my shock was busted. There was no fix done. When I asked about how much it was to fix it I was told may500-600. No effort was taken to give me a price. Also told we need to hold your truck for 5 days because it will take a while to even get to it. Instead of making an appointment for when parts come in. I find this so unprofessional

My car was there a week before the part was ordered. The part that came in was wrong so the service advisor scrambled to find a replacement which put the additional work that was needed behind. She told me my vehicle would be ready by the time I got back in town. After that debacle she told me my vehicle wouldn't be ready until the following week. I was also quoted several different prices. Thankfully, Katie and Deanna made it right and my vehicle was ready when I asked for it to be.

I don’t do Google reveiws! I did have the problem of low air pressure warning as soon as Nathan and Mike left. I drove to dealership (kind of deefeats having service at home) The Winder service team got together with mobile team and had me on my way soon with everything in order. I am happy that I can count on Akins to service my reecently acquired CR-V. Thank you.

Your workers are great, as a company you should be ashamed. You guys tie a bunch of ba surveys with ur service guys "performance". One of your service folks may do a damn good job but if a customer is inconvenienced to fill out a review, your guys get penalized for it. It is just an excuse to cut on their pay. Stop being thieves.
