After tires were rotated the wheels are left with dirty finger prints and my keys could not be located for 20 minutes after my arrival.

Once again, Akins did not disappoint. My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. Vanessa was I instrumental in making that happen as she was the one who began the service paperwork. A job well done!

Brandon was fine…I believe the service on the Tailgate should have been covered under the warranty program 3 years or 36,000 miles….This truck was checked on April 4, 2023 by Akins for a problem with the tailgate not working…When I arrived at 9:00 a.m on the 4th a tech in the drive thru area couldn’t get it to fail…His comment was it’s hard to determine the problem when it’s working…There wasn’t a service ticket written at that time & I was sent on my way…It wasn’t long when it continued to fail & it finally stop working…I was told that there wasn’t a record on the 4/4/23 because there wasn’t a service ticket written..I’m sure that there is a way that this could have been confirmed by checking the log of appointments on 4/4/23.. The payment policy, while understandable i found to be very frustrating. I received three separate calls regarding payment and was told that the vehicle would not be released until after payment. This was very disruptive to my own work as I was in meetings and had to step out of those meetings to handle the car situation. Unfortunately I didn’t have my card on me when the call came through so it made the process even more complicated and frustrating. I of course understand the need to collect payment, but the way it was handled and the insinuation that my vehicle will be held hostage was disruptive to my day and work and added a lot of stress. After purchasing three vehicles and accumulating 10 years of service records with Akins, I would like to believe that there is enough trust that you can return my vehicle and know I will pay as soon as possible. if however that is not the case, this is something that can easily be handled at the time of booking the appointment—the service rep can discuss payment needs and expectations and go ahead and take a card on file and get pre-approval so it can be run when needed. if keeping cards on file is an issue, perhaps there’s an option to prepay for the anticipated charges, and then we can settle minor balances after the fact… There are so many options other than what happened in my case

Brandon was terrific!! He explained three different tires all being great tires but showed me the tire I bought that was purchased the most He even personally owned that very tire and says it s been great . To even confirm that I was over at Willie’s buying side mirrors and the gentleman In sales there owned that very tire Att 111 and loves them . I was sold Again thank you Brandon !!!!!
