Overall, very good service as I was satisfied with everything but there was a small misunderstanding on what service was going to be preformed on my car. After speaking with the service manager, she was extremely polite and understanding, everything was addressed and taken care of.

Matthew McWhorter is the best service advisor I have ever worked with. Matthew is knowledgeable, helpful & kind. He communicates well & provides timely updates. Normally, bringing your vehicle in for service seems like a hassle, but Matthew actually makes bringing the truck in an enjoyable experience. I have already recommended Akins & Matthew to several friends/family. Overall, Akins is the best and I hope to be a lifelong customer. Side note: your cafe area is awesome & I love how you have Bible devotionals sitting out. Keep up the amazing work you do advancing the Kingdom of God. I’m proud to recommend Akins as I know it’s a business I can trust & I know you all support the Christian values that build our great nation. I like to sometimes use the phrase: “that’s mighty Christian of you.” In a tone like Andy Griffith might have said it. That’s a phrase I always feel honest using when working with Matthew and the team at Akins.

I love Akins, we have been coming here for years and they always take great care of my jeep. I had several things taken care of, and Vanessa made sure they were all completed within a few days. And in that time I was provided a loaner car and I was able to do what I needed. Vanessa was my person and she rocks!

The technician spilled a little bit of oil by the oil filler cap, which I understand can happen but how hard is it to clean it up.
