I scheduled an appointment for my F150 for services oil change, AC check, replace battery, replace air vent on passenger side. But when I checked in, I was informed the AC can not be check and Air Vent replace which part was at the parts department.
So, why if a customer is required an appointment but when checking in I was told AC check and Air vent could not be checked
