I had my wife bring the vehicle in for service and she stated the appointment was smooth and completed in an hour. I love my Bronco and have no desire to trust service of it to Akins. Sale was smooth and pleasant service has been a breeze exceeding expectations.

Bobby, my service writer was very professional. Had me in and out in the time he estimated. Recommend additional services (air filter & cabin air filter) upon inspection but did not hard sale. I declined as I had already purchased these ford items from where I work and planned on installing myself.
Thanks for taking care of my 2020 F350 and taking the time to give it a good inspection while I was there for my oil and fuel filter services.
