Called to give me an update which he actually has given me the day before and started discussing someone else’s vehicle. Then went over what he had said the day before. Said he would call Monday am with an update and never heard from him so I called. He returned my call about an hour later and I was not available so I called him back. Spoke to the Ssst Seevi e Manager. She kept me abreast of my vehicle after that. Got a message from Rudy about 30 minutes after I picked up my vehicle stating my truck was ready. Not a good experience. Thx!
