Friendly and knowledgeable. The service was excellent. However, I had an appointment for 1:00. The oil change, tire rotation and balancing took over 3 hours which seems a bit long. The job was done well and the waiting area is very nice. I brought a book to pass the time. I finished the book before the truck was ready.
