I brought my vehicle in for service and and to have the a.c. Checked. I was told I had to make an additional appointment to check the system. I have the top service and warranty package which should have provided me a courtesy vehicle. Upon leaving the dealership the air conditioning stopped working all together and I had to drive to charlotte for the weekend with a car that has no air conditioning.
