We came In with good a/c and were told there may be a leak, and we left there with no a/c. It was blowing unusually hot air when it was brought around for us. I thought the guy had the heat running, it was that hot, and my husband thought it was just sitting somewhere hot and would get cooler. We stopped at Ingles and discussed we would come on home and call you. I left a message with Aston late afternoon when we got home. He did a very satisfactory job. Very unhappy without a/c, and it was a non issue when we came in for service.

No I was not satisfied with Mike's customer service. He would not fully answer our questions and he kept trying to avoid asking the mechanic a question we had. We had to take our vehicle to another dealership to get a full understanding of what was wrong.
