Came in for a rear main seal. Picked up truck and found my fuel door busted. A month went by and no one called. Called Kati and she didn’t know why no one called. Dropped my truck off last week. They just called today and asked me to bring my truck in to have the fuel door repaired. Not sure what kind of business you’re running there but I want my truck back fixed. This week. Door painted or repaired.
Not sure how you figure customers can go over a month to get a fuel door repaired.
