A couple of reasons… 1 - I didn’t need my tires rotated since they were new but was charged the full amount for the oil change / works. 2 - When I picked up my car, the air bag light was on (it wasn’t when I dropped it off and the service summary didn’t mention it). I restarted my car a couple of times to see if it would reset. When it didn’t, I returned to the service center. Instead of asking the mechanic that did the oil change to look at it to see if maybe they caused the issue I was told I’d have to schedule an appointment and leave it with them for a couple of days to take a look at it. No accountability was taken.
