The service was done and the staff was great! The only problem I have is when service is done you leave my vehicle in the lame unlocked with the window down and the key in the vehicle. Anyone could jump in and drive off. Yes, you’d have a video of it but my truck would st be gone. Yes, you might replace my truck with my or your insurance but you would not replace all my belongings in my truck. Should the customer be expected to remove everything before bro gong it in for service? That’s a lot and it seems far easier to lock the vehicle and take the key out. Also, my console was locked when I left it in the check on lane because I always lock it! when I got back in my truck after service the console was unlocked. What part of changing the oil requires someone to go in my console? No, nothing was taken that I’ve discovered so far as I have a console vault but still, why?
