Mike did great explaining how my vehicle won’t be fixed until October due to Ford not repairing the computer glitch til then. So while I’m happy with my service with Akin’s I am extremely disappointed in Ford.
Mike has been great with both service calls, I feel bad for your guys having to tell others that “ Your problem won’t be resolved until October”
Not a good look for Ford!
