Mike **** was amazing. He gave me a quote over the phone before I even got there. Service was extremely quick. My problem was taken care of and it was a few dollars less than what he originally quoted. It was an amazing experience and he was extremely nice and informative. I think the 3% charge for using a credit card is too much and not good customer service. I know you probably only pay 1.5 to 2 percent. This should be changed just add this to your bill. It would feel better.
