I came in for an oil change and check up on my car. They didn't check or top off fluids. It used to be that your receipt told you everything they did and so recommendations. The tech used to tell you when you where checking out every single thjng they did and what looked like it may need servicing. I asked about my brakes since my car is a 2013 and never had the brake pads changed. They didn't know. He said, you're tires look like they will be OK. And the paperwork says they were rotated. I doubt that as the tires are two weeks old and still have the balancing paint circles on them. They didn't need rotating. I am disappointed. The positives were that the lobby was sparkling, the coffee delicious, someone had left a Bible study I enjoyed, and the staff was friendly. But I don't think I received the service I expected.

Personally, I think having to wait 74 hours before the techs do a diagnostic on the vehicle is not a good program. Wastes time and delays repairs. Need to know up front what parts will be needed to complete the project and if they are in stock.
