This is the 3rd time having issues. The first I dropped off my personal Jeep and went to pick up and there were shoe scuff marks everywhere including the white paint on the door. Not sure how that happened. Plus there was pollen throughout the whole Jeep. I’m assuming they left doors wide open. The second time I went to drop off my F-150 and went through a whole ordeal about insurance that was supposed to be verified the week prior. So I waited for over 3.5 hours to get rental. Now I went to pick up the F-150 and there were marks on both sides of the truck. 2 blue marks on the passenger side and then there was a tool or something scuff mark on the drivers side. Also the floor mat was bent up so when you closed the door it hit and folded back every time. Had to take a heat gun and fix. The other thing I’m really concerned about is the camera that is mounted on the windshield was unplugged. NOT SURE WHY. It has 4 built in cameras. 1 to face the front and 2 that swivel towards the inside of cab of truck and 1 that is mounted at the rear of truck. So I plugged back in to see who unplugged the camera but now the memory card is gone. So I can’t see anything. Very concerning. I drive 1.5 hours from my house to take my vehicles to that dealership. We have purchased several vehicles from your dealership. I have always been impressed with your dealership and have wrote several great reviews on Google and other Internet forums. I have told family and friends to purchase from there and to take their vehicles to be serviced there. Not sure why the decline in customer service satisfaction as of late. This is a company account that purchased the F-150’s but if someone wants to get back with me please call ****-****-xxxx. My name is Matthew Lillibridge. When we dropped off the F-150 I told them to use my number and information but they didn’t change and was sent to my Father instead. Again that’s another part of customer service that was ignored.
