I had a nail in my tire on a Sunday, so I took it to the first open place I could find. Within a few hours it was barely drivable. So, I took it to Akins as soon as I could. Turns out the bolts were only finger tightened and it was fixed quickly.

I was initially very disappointed as I was told over the phone that I could have a loaner as my initial service was going to take most of the day; a loaner was not available and was not scheduled for me. So, I had to rearrange my whole day.
But Ashley was fantastic and helped make sure I got the service my Raptor needed and I was able to fulfill my other obligations.

The driver is now showing up much later, as well as often missing much needed parts. Which sets us behind and ties up the shop. If it's not in stock at Akins now, I am more inclined to have the local dealership order because I know I will receive it in a timely manner. We were very happy before we agreed to place the trailer here for ease of y'all's expansion, we were very happy until the trailer was moved. It seems we have been set aside, and priorities have changed. Very happy y'all are growing, but don't forget the ones that have been in support of y'all for some time.
