I was told it would take 72 hours to diagnose my cars issue. I actually came in and told Ford what the issue was I just needed to know for sure. It actually took 5 days of dropping off the car before I was informed. Beyond that my car is suffering from a well known issue with the engine. Ford will not rectify the issue and wants me to replace the engine at full cost on a car that only has 87,000 miles on it and is a 2017. In January this car required a new transmission which I replaced. This is an absurd event to happen to a car and Ford should make it right.
