For an only five year old well maintained vehicle, things should not be falling apart to that magnitude. $12,000 dollars for repair on a 150000 mile vehicle is insane. I would have rather you just come right out and tell me that you want me to buy a new truck rather than blow me away with such an expensive repair. I bought two brand new vehicles from you within 6 months and had every service done with you but I doubt very seriously that we will ever do business with you again.
