This was my first visit to Akins Ford. My wife and I moved to the area about three years ago. My 2013 Fusion needed an oil change. I checked the internet and Akins was the closest and had excellent reviews. Jamison Johnson was the first person l met and he directed me to the service dept. We agreed to meet when the service was done because I was interested in the maverick truck. The service people were helpful and my oil change was complete in an hour. During that time Jamison and looked at the Maverick and I drove one around the block. We also discussed a scrape on my car and he forwarded me to collision. They said they could buff the scraped on paint off in about 30 minutes. They did it and it looks great! I can’t believe I got all that done today. Great service at a great price! Great people!

Rudy was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Gave us options on our purchases. Went beyond by getting us a vehicle to keep an appointment since they would need to keep our vehicle for several hours. The only thing that was distressing to me was the extra fifty dollars just to use my credit card. If I had known this beforehand, I would have taken my checkbook.

Bobby tried to over price me for the rear end issue I was having with my truck. I feel like he was trying to take me for granted because I was from out of state. He quoted me for a new differential rebuild on my truck for almost $4000. I asked if we could get a differential from another Dodge that was totaled or something and get it replaced. This was the best price he could give me. When it was time to leave, he would not give me my keys back. I had to ask him multiple times to give me my keys back. I went to another shop and got a whole new rear end differential for a total of $2000. I do NOT recommend this job or Bobby to do any work on your vehicles. They are way over priced
