Great service, excellent customer attitudes by all.

Hello. I contacted both the Service and Parts departments at Aikins late on Friday regarding getting a second key for my newly acquired used 2024 F250 XL SRX 4x4. I ascertained from Parts that they had a blank and Service entered the VIN into my account then informed me that cutting and programming would require all the keys in my possession, the truck and at least 1 1/2 hours. I was very pleased to find the Service Department had Saturday morning hours from 0630-1230 as it is sometimes hard to get a vehicle in during the work week. Saturday morning opened up on my schedule and I arrived at the Aikens Service Department on Saturday morning without any appointment. I parked the truck near the Service area and walked in. The first Service employee asked me what I needed and I explained. They told me to pull the truck into the garage entrance lanes and someone would get me checked in. I entered the garage lanes and Ashley motioned me up to her station. She briefly checked with the first employee to see what I our conversation had revealed and ascertained that was all I needed at that time. She checked the truck in and showed me to the waiting lounge area. I had brought breakfast and a book. Aikins provided a drink, TV’s, a Guns and Ammo magazine and an ice cream. It took about 1 3/4 hour. I received a text my truck was ready and a way to pay directly, but Ashley was there calling me before I could check out. She checked me out and sent me on my way. I checked both keys before I left to make sure both worked and they did flawlessly. Thank you for your assistance with this service. Rex

Matt was great at keeping me informed on the status of my car. Service took a little longer then expected however I know that was not the service advisors fault.

This was my second experience at Akins My first experience was horrible they had my car for 4 weeks and put a battery in it and that was not even the problem This time was much better Bobbie actually answeeed the phone when I called and my car was done in about a week and a half
