For some reason one of the techs dropped my front tires PSI all the way down to 45 when it is supposed to be 55 and the rear one is at 55 and it's supposed to be at 45 so it's backwards and my tire pressure light is on

Was never made aware that my truck would be needed for two days to replace two mirrors. This is my work truck, I obviously would have never agreed to do that in the middle of the work week. I specifically asked for tires to be rotated and balanced when on the phone making an appointment and when dropping the vehicle off. Instead of having that service completed I was told "I don't remember that conversation at all." And finally I was charged $600 for simply changing the transmission fluid; no flush and no filter. Even half of that price would have been laughable. Be looking out for my Google review as well as those with whom I share this story.
