I recently had my 2018 Pacifica serviced at Akins Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience — especially thanks to Vanessa Easley.
The issue was related to the fuel sensor, and while we were waiting for parts from the manufacturer, Vanessa kept me updated regularly and ensured everything was coordinated smoothly. In addition to the fuel sensor, parts for the power liftgate and side door sensors were also replaced.
What truly stood out was the convenience and professionalism throughout — my vehicle was picked up from my home, I was given a loaner car, and once the service was completed, my Pacifica was returned to me fully serviced and spotless.
Vanessa was communicative, courteous, and incredibly organized from beginning to end. Her attention to detail and customer-first attitude made what could have been a stressful repair feel effortless. Thank you, Vanessa, for going above and beyond. You turned a standard service visit into a VIP experience!

I set up my appointment for an oil change.
When I met Ruddy, I asked him about what service I should have related to the 58,000 miles. He showed me what is recommended at 60,000 miles. I made my selection so I took care of service today, instead of putting it off for later. He said it would take a few hours and if I needed a rental vehicle and I said I can wait.
