When we bought my new 2023 Ford expedition max we were very impressed. Frank Sergi helped us find the correct vehicle for us. Since then we have not had an issue until our oil change in May 2025. Mr. **** informed me I had a recall. He was very nice and explained the process. I called service after receiving the recall paper from Ford in the mail a few weeks later and they offered a mobile technician come out the next day. July 9th a mobile technician came to our home to fix the recall. That afternoon he called me to inform me that he was not confident in what he did and was requesting help from his boss. He did not fix the recall. Saturday, July 12th service called me to let me know I could drop my vehicle off Monday, July 14th. Upon arrival we discussed that we were there for warranty work- not an inspection seeing that it had already been inspected two times (June 2nd and in July 9th). After waiting 30 minutes for our rental we were given a Ford Edge which is not suitable for our family of 6. They did not have anything else available so we made do with a Ford Edge until I was called Thursday, July 17th and asked to come pick up my vehicle because it had failed inspection for a third time. I was very confused. Mr. **** explained they did not have the parts to fix this recall from Ford but I’m not understanding why they asked me to bring it in and kept it for 4 days without communicating anything to me. Now my car still has a recall and I’m so confused as to why service is calling me telling me to bring my car in for a week and nothing was accomplished.
