The technician who was supposed to fix the phone speaker did not fix it. The sound was still muffled when we called a family member before we left Akin Ford. The back up camera that was repaired went out the NEXT day. We live about 40 miles from the dealership which has been inconvenient because now we have to take our vehicle back this coming Wednesday to have the speaker and back up camera repaired again.

1) wheel/lugnut key was left in shop
2) vehicle was not returned on time. Text said ready in the am, but at 3pm I had to call and get them to get someone to get it back to me.
I appreciate the service, but not so smooth this time. Still better than the fraudulent service I got from the ford on Peachtree industrial, which is why I returned and how I found the pickup service.
