You had my truck for a week when the problem started. I was told the battery, starter, and alternator all checked out good and that the problem was unable to be replicated. I was told that if the problem happened again to contact my service advisor directly and that a mobile service tech. would be sent to my location. Three days later I’m sitting in a gas station parking lot in Dahlonega, with a truck that wouldn’t start. I notified my advisor and even sent a video. No tech. was sent my way. I was finally able to get the truck started and brought home the following day. You sent a tow truck with a loaner to my house and brought my truck in for service. A day later I was told it was the starter….
