I was surprised that my truck was in the shop for eight days. However I am convinced the service technician was trying to understand and diagnose what was going on. I compliment the service department on their thoroughness. I also am thankful for the loaner truck Akins comped me as I don’t know how we could have run our farm without a truck. Barry our service advisor kept us updated regularly about the vehicle and the progress as the repairs and recalls were done. Knowing this was a complicated fix with several warranty items that needed attention I felt extremely confident in Akins would complete the repairs and get my son’s jeep back to prefect condition.
