Erica has been instrumental in coordinating a solution to the vibration problem I was experiencing with my 2025 F450. At the end of the day she and Jason were able to obtain a warranty claim on the tires and were able to swap the original tires for a set of Michelin tires which solved the vibration problem. In addition, Akins Ford also solved the brake problem I was having with my 2004 F350. This vehicle had been to three other Ford dealerships to correct a left pull with the brakes. Akins Ford was able to diagnose the problem and effect a repair which has corrected a problem which had gone undiagnosed by the other Ford dealerships.

I was told that the Bluetooth issue was resolved with a factory reset. I connected my phone prior to leaving the dealership and it worked fine, I stopped for gas and when I restarted the vehicle my phone was connected but nothing worked. I couldn’t text, make a call or listen to my music. I called the service department and got a voicemail. I explained the situation and asked for a return call. I’m still waiting.
