Matthew McWhorter was fabulous. He greeted us promptly. He was very knowledgeable about our concern (we had a recall). He was very thorough when checking if the repair could be done while we waited, even checked to see if a loaner car was available if the repair would be a few days. Our car was fixed within a few hours. He explained our repair and assured us that it was completely taken care of. He was courteous and friendly. We appreciated his service.

Total disaster about to happen again after waiting for 2 hours and finding out that my truck was misplaced and never sent to be serviced..oil change. Vanessa was made aware and stepped in and took control of the situation. She made a very poor situation into a pleasant experience. She did more than expected and we left very pleased. We went from never going back to happy campers. All this was achieved by caring and communicating.

Tired of bringing our car back for repair over and over. This is the sixth time we have brought our car in for transmission. When we left the lot we got about 10 miles away and it did the same thing. This happens almost every time we bring it in. I am really disappointed with Akins right now. I have bought multiple cars from Akins and my whole family as well. I will try another ford dealer now.
