Vanessa Easley is very nice, and thorough.
Vanessa Easley is also the thread that holds the fabric of the Akins service team together.
I could say more but it would be redundant statement about Vanessa being awesome
The technician that worked on my truck get a high five, and a pat on the back because the truck runs much better now.
Who ever took the truck on a test drive must have been short in stature because the seat was very close to the steering wheel when I got back in the truck.
You should get everyone (me too) tickets to the next Monster Jam in the Akins arena please.

Do not believe the multipoint inspection was done. Just pencil whipped. Jeep would not start a couple of days after being in for service. Battery cables were corroded but battery was checked and recorded at 100%. Currently battery is not holding charge. I know nothing service did but may have missed a battery replacement. While working on the battery I checked to see what else was missed. Windshield fluid is 1/2 full. Paper work shows filled 100%. Windshield wiper on drivers side had a nick in it and needs to be replaced. You missed that sale. Just don’t feel I get the same service since Ethan was my service advisor. He use to call and report things that needed attention.

Vanessa was a joy to work with, very polite and eager to help. Texts on the progress of service were great and helped me time my return. If anything, if a customer pays online, maybe a completely remote pick up -keys in car with paperwork- would be the icing on the cake of an already great service experience.
