I love dealing with Aiken Ford , but it does concern me that on 07-26 I was told my battery was GOOD then wouldn’t crank the next day and subsequent days that next week. And on 08-04 it was at 29% I believe.
Just hoping by bringing it in on a Saturday I am still getting a thorough inspection.

Ashton was rude and refused to listen to our explanation when we first brought the car in. When we came back with the car we were able to talk to the service manager who remembered the situation that he supervised which required this recent visit and he got things cleared up. When we brought the car back for the repair that was the original issue Ashton was very professional and helpful. The repair was handled quickly and well, as we are used to at Akin.
