Arrived and checked at 07:00 thrn received a text notification of service. Watched several others customers of yours come in long after me, then leave long before me, with the same size "big truck" fir service. Waiting 3 hours for an oil and fiber changed is not in my opinion acceptable. Especially since it appears others big trucks came in for the same service.

Service Advisor Mike **** did a nice job. He was courteous and prompt. However, the technician who serviced the vehicle did not reset the “change oil soon” reminder on the dash message center and also did not properly inflate the rotated tires to the recommended 43 psi. Post service cold tire psi was 39 psi.
