They continue to give vehicle back to me with the same issue it has came in for and this has been going on for a little over 2yrs now since I purchased the car. Picked up on a Sunday and car went back into limp mode on Wednesday and Thursday following still on same tank of gas. I asked to out recorder back in to verify the repairs actually worked this time to prevent the constant crap shoot in the dark. Told it was in another vehicle so now I feel like you moved on to the next job before completing the work on mine and verifing the properly thay that was the root of my problem which it was not so here we go again. My car has the systems mentioned in the class action lawsuit on this vehicle from year 2017 to 2021 you keep attempting to fix and cant and star keeps giving you bad recommendations to let me leave in harms away which in turn looks bad on you amd the service provided. Certified techs haven't been able to fix in multiple visits for same reason how many time do we continue chasing this ghost before calling it what it is 100% defect you can't fix or find. How much time have we all lost dealing with these issues. He'll we replaced a sensor twice instead of looking deeper like what is the sensor monitoring or what made it happen again so soon after being changed. All the recall issues were supposably preformed before I purchased the car. Everywhere I look the those repairs were suppose to fix the issue im still currently having is there no info about the on the service bulletin. The recorder data sent to me doesn't show it recorded accelerator pedal position nor speed. I dont see where it entered limp mode all 7 times. Looks to be partial data it doesn't even show mileage

I am in the dark about my recall. I got the notice. Is my ford app. Did not understand why I have to send a picture of my trucks door sticker and odometer when Akins could have pulled all that data off my app. Need to be better informed.
