Was never made aware that my truck would be needed for two days to replace two mirrors. This is my work truck, I obviously would have never agreed to do that in the middle of the work week. I specifically asked for tires to be rotated and balanced when on the phone making an appointment and when dropping the vehicle off. Instead of having that service completed I was told "I don't remember that conversation at all." And finally I was charged $600 for simply changing the transmission fluid; no flush and no filter. Even half of that price would have been laughable. Be looking out for my Google review as well as those with whom I share this story.

So thankful, I came in late with a screw in my tire not knowing I had one in another tire also. They plugged one tire but I had to buy a new tire due to one screw being too close to the rim to fix. They took great care of me and had me back on the road safely even if I did come in that close to closing time. Thank you for hiring people with heart!

There was zero communication, if I hadn’t called down there to ask I would’ve known nothing, when a customer spends the money that I spent and had my truck one week and brought it back and it was kept for one month if it wasn’t for Jason it would still be there. All service advisors should definitely work on communicating with the customer!!!! Jason was top notch and did everything that he said he would do.

Not aure where to begin or how to say it. But I have never had an oil leak or anything wrong with the vehicle. It only had 67k miles on it. I was told it had a rear main seal leak, but the oil was full when I came In to get an oil change. I have never had any oil leak on the ground. The next day after my oil change, my vehicle now shifts rough at times. And makes a loud roaring noise at times when I accelerate. I have to lift of the pedal to make the sound go away. Then it will have a long delayed shift. Then it feels like something kinda releases and will down shift and the noise goes away.I thought maybe I was just hearing things but as the last few two days have gone on. It has gotten louder and more often. It was doing none of this before. I dont want be a bother but this kinda stinks. Not real sure how to proceed. Just venting my frustration. Thank-you.
