I had a 9:15 appointment on 8/1 for a windshield replacement. The installer arrived at 12:45 approx. and completed about 3. Not Mr. Thurmond fault. He called several times. I was called yesterday at about 9AM wanting to know where I was. A scheduling error. Ithappens. Worst part. I missed lunch. HaHa!
