Chris explained what our cost would be to fix the sunroof. He said it would cost 7,400 to replace the sunroof and we are retired and can't afford to have it fixed. They put it back together so it was in the closed position.

Service was fine and the use of a rental was great. I was disappointed in how long it took to get looked at. We made an appointment thinking it would get service fairly quickly from that time. It was almost a week before it was looked at. I was provided no feedback unless I called and asked. I did always get a return call.
